It's funny that this topic is listed as one topic to talk about. I do some amateur photography and had the opportunity to photograph an event. I was going to load the shots up on Flickr then realized that this might pose a problem with the waiver that I had signed at the event.
The reason why I wanted to use Flickr was because, you can create a link to the photos that you want others to see, without the hassle of uploading to an email.
In the end, I just chose to email them, rather than risk a problem with the people who ran the event.
